Call it playful if you want; we call it better walls. This is loose ink doodles — tigers, a dachshund, a bowl of spaghetti, a wine bottle — sitting under big splashes of pink, lime, blue and orange. Hang it and the room loosens up. Stiff white kitchens get a pulse, kids' rooms get something with a bit of wit, and tired hallways stop being a thoroughfare. Best at eye level above a console, sideboard or kitchen counter, or as the one bright thing on a plain wall. Pairs well with painted timber, woven rugs and plain stoneware.
